Through a series of exercises, homework, and creating your individual plan, you’ll discover new capacities in personal productivity, avoiding breakdowns at work and at home, an enhanced ability to handle emergencies and urgent matters, and experience a richer and more rewarding life than before the program. You’ll develop new skills and habits that are designed to eliminate overwhelm and are grounded in managing yourself as a high powered professional.
